Terms of Service

These terms are published in English as standard for Dutch tech startups. They apply to all users of Taxly, regardless of location or nationality.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Taxly's website, applications, and related services ("Services"). By using Taxly, you agree to these Terms.

Beta status

Taxly is offered in beta. Features may change, break, or be discontinued without notice. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Not professional advice

Taxly provides automated information only. It is not a substitute for a qualified tax adviser, accountant, or lawyer. See our Disclaimer for details.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taxly and its operators, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or reliance on any output.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) fifty euros (€50), except where mandatory law prohibits such a cap.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
